AWS knows XML, too. Should you need RSS feeds, a custom solution to link your customer database with a new web-based database, or a coding solution exactly specific to your company's needs, we can provide it. XML was created to allow one to build custom documents that are structured according to specific needs. RSS feeds are a perfect example of this. For example, a newspaper site needs to provide other affiliate sites with up-to-the-minute headlines. PHP or another server-side coding language is used to create an XML document containing news articles in a database, specifying the title, date, text, etc., then that XML document is linked to from the affiliate sites. The document changes even on all the other sites that are linking to it, because the linked page is changing based on the news.

RSS Feeds	As mentioned above, RSS feeds are a powerful solution to offering widespread syndication of news items from your site. AWS uses XML to create these feeds and XML keeps them up to date automatically, so your readership builds with each syndication you create.
Database Import and Export	XML can be used to create standardized documents for transfer of database information. This information can be passed to scripts online, as well, for feedback from database transactions.
Messenger Bots with AI	Messenger bots for different chat programs like AOL^Ž Instant Messenger(TM), Yahoo! Messenger and MSN Messenger can be created using forms of XML (like AIML). These bots have a form of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and can take questions from users chatting with them, answering in a predetermined fashion based on user input. This means you can have a bot (linked from your website, of course) that answers simple customer service inquiries about your services or products, freeing up time for your employees to handle more important problems.
