	"My Homes" remembers for you. Visitors can view the homes they're considering when they come back to the website, then contact you when they're ready for a showing.
	Save the best for first. Showcase the homes you want to sell fastest using the Featured Homes box. This panel is always present on whatever page the viewer is visiting, so they'll always see the homes you want them to see, leading to bigger and better sales. And once the user is there, he can always choose to remember the home or contact you for a showing.
	Never worry that you don't have the right home. Your visitors can now be auto-notified when their ideal home hits your database. By filling out one simple form and replying to an email, they'll get periodic emails filled with information about homes that fit their criteria.

See what listings have been modified, recent flyers that have been sent, and more with the built-in system log. View and write system-wide messages displayed to your entire staff, so everyone knows about key events and notices. View System Log summaries Get the average price of all your properties, and what types they break down into (Residential, Commercial, etc.). Go quickly to messages, listings, and reports. The Real Estate Manager eliminates any confusion about what's going on with your website, and puts you in the know.
	Vital listing details on one page. A quick, searchable list of all your current listings shows you numbers, agents, prices, notes and more on all your listings. Use this feature to quickly change prices, reassign listings to different agents, and update a property's status ("Sold", "Sale Pending", etc.). It's never been easier.
	Report by price, region, status, or type. Create summaries of the real estate you offer based on price criteria, city and state, type ("Residential", "Land"), or status ("Sold","Under Contract",etc.). Both a short and a long report style are available, with vital or full listing details.
	Property Images: Auto-resized and resampled for fast downloads. Customers on dial-up connections have no barrier when accessing your site: all the images you upload, no matter how large in dimensions or file size, are resampled to sizes optimized for the web. What does this mean? High-quality images that load fast, photos uniform in size, and an image library you manage from your admin panel.
	Features that change with your business. Naturally, not all real estate agencies have the same types of properties--and within a real estate agent or a brokerage, the types of properties might even change daily. This is why with the AWS Real Estate Manager, you can: add, edit and remove listing types ("Land","Commercial","Specialty"); add, edit and remove property statuses ("Available","Sold"); switch on or off whether you're using an MLS; list information on an unlimited number of branch offices; and much more! Just use our simple two-step process to create your page's title, description, and keyphrases (search engine-friendliness is built right in), and compose its content. The image library is at your disposal to easily insert and resize photos. Done and done.
	Avoid conflict with precise user permissions. Eliminate double work, and avoid unauthorized access to privileged tasks on your site. With the granular, exact user permissions the AWS Real Estate Manager affords, you can disallow users from editing certain listings, or listings altogether; disallow access to any module, or parts of a module; and know with the System Logs whether a user has tried to gain unauthorized access to these areas.
