You are granted a limited non-exclusive license to use a copy of The BAIR Filtering System Software on the computer(s) used by a single individual. Your use of this Software indicates that you have carefully read this license agreement and agree to all of its terms and conditions.
 
Each computer owner who is utilizing this Software must subscribe to the service offered by The BAIR Filtering System.
 
This Software and any related services are provided "as-is" and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AWS Internet and Exotrope Inc. disclaims all other representation and warranties, express or implied, regarding quality, their merchantability, or their non-infringement. AWS Internet and Exotrope Inc. does not warrant that the Software is free from bugs, errors, or other program limitations.
 
The entire liability of AWS Internet and Exotrope Inc. for any reason shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the Software and related services purchased from AWS Internet and Exotrope Inc., or its authorized representatives, including, without limitation, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, participating financial institutions, third-party content or service providers, distributors, dealer or supplies, and AWS Internet and Exotrope Inc. or its authorized representatives are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to: damages for loss of business, loss of profits or investment, or the like, whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, or product liability.
 
This agreement sets forth AWS Internet and Exotrope Inc.'s and its authorized representatives' entire liability and your exclusive remedy with respect to the Software. Your use of the Software acknowledges your agreement that this Agreement is a complete statement of the agreement between you and AWS Internet and Exotrope Inc., and that there are no other prior or contemporaneous understandings, promises, representations, or descriptions regarding the Software of any related services. This Agreement does not limit any rights that AWS Internet and Exotrope Inc. may have under trade secret or other laws. The validity and enforceability of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and by federal law as to those matters covered by federal law.
